Text Message Communications
If you provide your phone number for notifications:
- Messages are purely transactional and relate to robot status/operational alerts. Message frequency depends on your alert preferences and robot activity.
- You can opt out at any time by:
- Removing your phone number from specific notifications
- Removing your phone number entirely from your account
- Texting the short code "STOP" to us. After you send the SMS message "STOP", we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, contact support@fleetglue.com.
- If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can get help directly at support@fleetglue.com.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
- As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
Your Rights and Choices
Account Information
- You can review and update your account information at any time
- You can modify your notification preferences, including switching between email and SMS
- You can remove your phone number without interrupting other service features
Data Retention
- You can set and modify your data retention preferences through the web application for up to 2 years. Please contact support@fleetglue.com if you wish to extend this limit.
- We maintain audit logs as required by applicable regulations
Communication Preferences
- You have full control over notification methods (email/SMS)
- You can opt out of SMS notifications while continuing to use the service
- When you remove your phone number, it will be deleted from our active systems. However, your phone number may persist in our encrypted backup systems for a limited time as required for system integrity and regulatory compliance. These backups are securely stored and will eventually be purged according to our backup retention schedule.
Data Storage and Security
We use Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure to store and process your information. We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your information. While we strive for high availability, we make no guarantees about uptime or data availability. See Terms & Conditions regarding limitation of liability for data loss.

Our Services use only essential cookies necessary for basic functionality. We do not currently use:
